Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION TERMS Cancellations at least one day before the booking, but within 5 days will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 day (24 hours) of a booking will attract a 100% cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you can reschedule but this must be within 7 days of the original appointment. PAYMENT Payment will be taken upon booking. RE SCHEDULING Should you need to reschedule, please email or call us to do so. PATCH TEST If you require a patch test please come in this at least 48 hours before your appointment. Patch tests are required for waxing, tinting and any lash service. Booking a patch test is the responsibility of the client.
