Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION TERMS Cancellations at least one day before the booking, but within 5 days will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 day (24 hours) of a booking will attract a 100% cancellation fee. DEPOSIT To secure your event date a deposit will be taken prior to your event date. Please note the deposit is non-refundable. PATCH TEST If you require a patch test please come in this at least 48 hours before your appointment.
